Communication and Data Solutions Support

For Access Control System and Video Surveillance (Camera System) service requests, please contact our office directly at 239-561-3849 during normal business hours.

For all Hosted Voice over IP Phone (VoIP) support requests, please submit a ticket through the CADS Support Portal using the options below. Submitting a ticket ensures your request is properly tracked and routed to the appropriate technician.

Emergency Notice: If you are experiencing a VoIP Phone outage affecting more than 50% of your phone system, please open a support ticket then contact our office immediately at 239-561-3849.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

New Customers: If you do not currently have a Support Portal account, click Create an Account below to register.

Existing Customers: If you already have a Support Portal account, click Customer Login below to access your tickets, submit new requests, and track the status of existing support cases.
